I came to Canada in April 2023 and went to India in November for 2 months. During this time, I worked remotely from India and received my salary in CAD. My question is: Will these two months spent in India be counted towards my Canadian work experience in express entry experience?

No. It will be counted as foreign work experience.

No, those two months generally won’t count because you must be physically present and working in Canada for that period to qualify as Canadian work experience under Express Entry.
