Sir, I completed 12th std with (63%) and I also completed my diploma in mechanical engineering (82%) (2years). I have an interest to study b.e aeronautical in Canada ,will canada university select me for scholarships.

No problem. Canada comparatively does not give a lot of scholarships and in the situation that they do they look at high school grades not diploma for Bachelor programs.
