I am coming to ontario i just need some help i just lost my licence and they re issued it but reissueing date is 30th march 2017 but i have my orignal licence issued in sept 2015 so what should i do please should i carry orignal letter of authentication that thi licence is being issued in 2015 and reissued in 2017 from respective rt

To get a license here in Canada you will need a letter from Indian authorities saying your license number, years of experience,w hen was it issued and expiry date as well. They will not need your Indian license all they want is the letter of experience which you can get from local court in India.

In Ontario you have to go through 2 tests in order to be able to drive. First is G1 which is a writing test and you will need that letter from India on that day. the second stage is G2 which is a driving test. Usually people have to wait for 8 months in order to give G2 once they pass G1. But if you have your experience letter you should be good to go for the test right after G1 (no need to wait for 8 months). Once you get G2 you will be able to drive by Yourself.

then you can go for G as well.

Thanks brother i have almost 1.5 years of driving experience.....i will have privelage of this ...so conclusion date on licence isnt matter butt oringal issueing date and experience does with authentication letter

Yes, all you need is a letter, I cannot recall the exact format mine was issued from the our local court that was it. I didn't have to show my license either.

Yes get a Driver's Experience letter from the RTO and you should be good to go.

Hi I have 4+ years of driving experience and a valid license here till 2023, I wanted to know which institution can vouch for my experience other than the court. Can you please tell me the which ones will suffice and with this experience can i just give the written test and the driving and get the full G license? Thanks

Your letter should come from the institution that issued you the license. Regional Transport Authority for example.
