Canada Citizenship Test - Out of Country

Hello Friends -

I need a suggestion.

I have got an invitation to take the online citizenship test (between Jun 11 - July 1st). But I'm currently in US with my Family. Now, If I have to travel to Canada to write the exam, I may have to quarantine for 14 days before i travel back to US, once I enter Canada.

Is there any possibility that I can take test in Canada [crossing the land border via Niagara Falls] and return back on the same day without quarantining for 14 days.

Did anyone in the group has faced this situation, please need ur suggestion?

When coming back to Canada via road one does need to do a 14 day quarantine not in the hotel though. That is what I know but you should check on each province and things are changing everyday. Good luck!

There was someone enquire cbsa on it. Yes you can depart Canada as long as you travel on private vehicle. Call cbsa to confirm.
Main aim is to avoid spread hence seems they are ok for people to leave in private vehicle.
Seems many are landing and returning back immediately to US.
