Canada citizenship status

We applied by post for family of 3 on April 19. My daughter and i have Indian nationality and husband is of Sri Lankan nationality.

AOR- April 29
Background verification- Jul 4
Test completed - Aug 29
All other fields marked completed- Nov 3

Since then no progress.
Ecas says decision made on NOv 3, but my daughters application is all in progress even ecas.
Her passport expires on Dec 14, I'm scratching my head as to why my application has been halted while i see other applications of friends who applied the same time processed already.

Once in the system, each application follows its own individual path. For those saying DM on ECAS, you should be getting the Oath invitation soon.
Once you are a Canadian citizen, your Indian Passport is practically useless for travel (unless you are happy to pay a penalty for use) so it doesn't matter if it has expired or not. Don't compare your case to others - it only causes more heartburn without solving any issues or speeding up your application.
