Does the minor currently or have ever held immigration or citizenship status in country or territory other than canada.


Question L : My son is a US citizen and indian OCI holder. Do i need entry for USA and INdia too.
If yes for india what should be selected for Status field on the form .: Option : citizen, permanent resident,visitor,worker,Student,other,protected person, refugee ?

Yes,
For USA - Select Citizen as the status and effective date would be Date of Birth.
For India - Select Other as the status and in the Other column write OCI.
