hi,
in case principal applicant arrive in canada with in one year but rest of the depedent spouse children not arrived at canada with in one year and their visa expired ,in that case the principal applicant will also expired their visa bz he is alone arrived in canada.

or principal applicant will get no any effect from any dependant from arriving to living in canada?

The dependent spouse and children would have to sponsored by the principle from Canada.
