Can you submit your EE profile and update it afterwards?

Guys I haven't yet received my ECA evaluation for my foreign bachelor's degree. I have IELTS 7.5 and 1 year of CEC and 1 year of Canadian Study, can I submit my profile and update my profile when I receive the ECA for my bachelor evaluation afterward?

I can see my CRS Score of 440, but the status still says: "Your profile is pending. We will send you a message when your profile is in the system."

Is it normal, am I into the pool now?

You should see something like “you meet the minimum entry criteria”, that’s when your profile is included in the pool.

Yes. There should be a date also in the “you meet the minimum entry criteria”.
