Can you submit additional documents after you've already submitted your study permit?

On the website, it seems I can only submit documents if they are requested by the officers.

it depends really, it s a case by case basis, my brother currently applying to SP and he has sent two webforms to add additional documents on two separate occasions and each time we received a written confirmation that documents have been added to the application for officer review exactly 1 working day after the additional documents webform submission.
