Since my study permit was accepted, I'm wondering what would happen with my visitor visa. My study permit expires in 2018 and my visitor visa is valid until 2017.

Will the visitor visa be canceled?

No, they are 2 different things. The study permit allows you to study in Canada, a Visitor visa or TRV allows you to apply for entry to Canada.
