hello i am lebanese i came to canada back in june 06 to visit my family and because of the war my father decided to stay(I was 14)as refugees and my case was refuse in 08 and sent back in april 09 i am now 17 and i want to return back to canada can anyone here tell me what is the fastest way to come back? i have 2 uncles a aunt and 7 cousins my uncle has no kids and is not married can he take me quebec where i lived before as a student or as family
