I applied for FSWP from my home country A, my VO is in country B, and now I reside in country C.

Can I give my immigration medical exam in country C or does it have to be in my home country A?

Also, some of my dependence are back home in country A. Can we give medical exams in different countries or do we all have to appear before the same panel physician/centre?

Thanks

Yes...you and your family can take medical exam anywhere in different countries. No issues...

No panel physician in my country to do sons medical exam can he do it when arrive in Canada or he has to before he comes

Without everyone in your application completing medicals, you will not be issued CoPR.
