Can you change job after applying for MPNP but before receiving nomination?

Hello!
Can I leave the job I used to apply for MPNP?
I have applied for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program two weeks ago. I know it takes at least three months to get the nomination, but I'm tired of my current job. I want to move to another job. Sometimes, the immigration officers call your company to inquire. If they call and find out I have left my job, would I still get the nomination?

MPNP can call to inquire about your job, and then 12-24 months down the line, CIC can call to inquire and make sure you are still employed with the same company and in the same position.

They are flexible if you are genuinely suffering at work, but if you are just tired of your job and you haven't even gotten nominated yet, you're massively pushing your luck.
The rest of us have had to stick with our original jobs for 12-24 months.

I will apply for Express entry once I finish one year of Canadian experience. Im applying to MPNP just to extend my PGWP. By the time I have one year work experience, I will have only three months left on my PGWP
