I came to Canada, got married and was expecting to go back to my home country to do the Outland application. But then Covid hit and Brazil's economy was absolutely destroyed and we decided to apply inland.
I extended my Visitor Visa in June, but still haven't got any decision, so I am under Implied Status since then. I know I am eligible to apply for the Spousal Sponsorship anytime, but am I also eligible to apply for the OWP under Implied Status or do I need to wait for my visitor visa to be approved first?
Another thing is: I extended my Visitor Visa until November, meaning even if I got approved later in the month, I would be out of status and I would have to restore my status and then for sure I wouldn't be able to apply for a OWP.
