If an applicant has received a nomination from OINP under the Masters stream, can they also apply under the OINP HCP International job offer (as this stream goes through express entry as opposed to the Masters which is paper based and will take nearly 2 years)
Is it one nomination per candidate or is it one nomination per stream?
