Can you apply for Canadian Passport from US after oath ceremony

Hi Everyone,

My wife and I are currently in US. She got a virtual oath ceremony invite for Jan. Can she apply for Canadian passport from US with oath ceremony. She don’t want to leave US coz the current visa is stamped to Indian passport.

Can she attend Oath ceremony OUTSIDE of Canada? Did she check with IRCC?
