Can we work on Student visa in Canada while waiting for grades to apply for PGWP

Hey guys,
I just wanted to confirm if its possible to work on a valid student visa as I will be graduating in December but would get the grades and transcripts one month later that is end of Jan to apply for PGWP. During that time, I am offered job, would it be illegal to work until I apply for work permit as my study permit is valid? As i got offer from bank but its conditional upon me getting all documents by which Jan which I dont think is possible.
Any advice?

I would suggest going to your course administrator and keep requesting an official graduating letter until you get one. I done that and got mine a week after i finished my last exam.
