Can we use Swift copy for visa filing instead of GIC.,as it is getting delayed.,

Hello Everyone.,
I applied for gic on 27 June and got a/c details on 17 July.,transferred funds on 18 july.,and still waiting for GIC.,i fear i may not receive GIC in time., Can we use Swift copy to for visa filing if we dont get GIC in time., ..,

No, you cannot do that...you have to wait for GIC :-(
