PF is cash and can be taken out, so it is a good Proof of Funds. You may have to get a recent statement.

I checked with concern agency , but as per them they have the updated data till July 2013.

So , Still Can I show it as Fund proof ? ( I have the written statement till July 2013 )

You need to provide a current statement. The statement you have now is too old.

You can show it, just take out a current statement...you can prepare it yourself the draft and help HR to validate it.
