Can we show First cousin as a relative in EE

Hi all,

I have a first cousin who is a canadian citizen . Can i show use this relation to gain 5 points for EE eligibility. however, when i checked the site of CIC , it does not states "first cousin" anywhere in the adaptability section.

But when i spoke to few consultancies like Y axis they are saying that we can use first cousin relationship to acquire points.

Can somebody please help me on this. Thanks in advance

Remember, Y-axis will speaking only those things that you would like to hear. So don't believe them.
