Hello - I am currently planning to apply for ONIP's International Student Stream, it is a non-express entry stream and thus the total processing time for getting the PR could be as much as 1.5-2 years. In the meantime, I would also create an express entry profile, as it is much faster.
Scenario: I get nominated for ONIP's international Student Stream, and apply for the non-Express Entry based PR. In the meantime, I get invited for Ontario's Human Capital Stream.
