Can we resubmit A particular form, post receipt of application by the CEC

Hi Need your adivse here, thought of resending a particular form to the CEC whihc has minor changes, with a cover letter stating the reasons?, will it be accepted? This is of the old format.
Is it possible that the CEC will reject the whole application pacake or just refuse this one?
