Can we put file under CEC - With 2 different employer

Hi,

My concern is: I did 6 month full time contract job with one company and now I have another 6 month full time contract with new company. So my question is still am I elligilbe for applying uder CEC? Are they count my total 1 year experience or not?

Also for applying under CEC; is there any rule that we have continuous job and no gap between 2 job period?

Please help me.

no there is no such rule. your total work experience should add up to one year whether its at one place or five. gaps dont matter either.

Yes you can.. it does not matter how many companies you worked for.. a friend of mine got PR in 10 weeks through EE CEC class and he had 3 companies for his 12 months of work experience.

Yes the experience can be with different employers.

No, you may qualify with gap and without the job being continuous. But you won't get EE CRS points.

40 points (35 with spouse) for 1 year of continuous (with same NOC) eligible Canadian work experience.

Most likely, but continuous is the key word. They might excuse a small gap - for e.g. like around a week or less.

To get credit for Canadian work experience, the work only has to be authorized and skilled. It does not have to be continuous, it does not have to be the same NOC.
