Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
If you got your PR through AINP, it would be safer for you to stay for a couple of months just in case anybody ever comes back to you and accuses you of having misrepresented yourself because you did not have the intention of settling in AB when you landed. If you stayed at least a couple of months, you can always say that you tried to find a job but couldn't and that is why you left.

If you didn't get your PR through AINP, you are free to move right away. You do not need a new SIN card but you will have to apply for a new health card in your new province. Your AB health card should cover you while you wait 3 months for a health card in Quebec or Ontario, however, it is possible that AB health would see your ploy to get instant health care in AB and then moving away right away so they could in fact refuse to cover you in another province. I have no idea if they are checking up on things like that.
