Can we make our first baby after landing

Me and my Canadian cirizen wife want our first baby in Canada and she can not born her baby out side Canada because she is not Canadian born but she got her citizenship on her birth.
My application already in process my wife working out side Canada and we living to gather we are hopping that my PR will be final on sep or dec 2014 after that we will move to Canada now my queation is after landing can we make our first baby or we have to wait 3 months as for OHIP Cover , she already have her Red color Health card but she is working out side Canada since 4 to 5 years will it be problem for her?
Or we have to wait first three month then we can make baby?

Like in three months waiting period can we make our baby or we have to wait?

Once your wife returns to Canada, she will have to wait for three months to be covered by OHIP again. Because she has been outside of Canada for so long she has lost her OHIP coverage. So the three month waiting period after returning to Canada applies to her.
