Although we have 2 DMPs in our city but they are giving late appointments. So can we go to some other city (same country)to get the medical done? Please confirm.

u can get the medicals done in any city, as long as the doctor is officially appointed by CHC to do medicals.

Is it possible to inform consulate about the dates if they are crossing the deadlines??? Do they consider this??? What shall be the mode of communication to the consulate???

For us it will be tough to go another city for the medicals...

I have sent an email to the cic informing about the unavailability of both the DMPs at the same time (as both the DMPs are on Vacations) I have asked them to extend my deadline to 15 more days . Lets see how they react.
