Can we get upfront medical before ITA

is there any CIC webpage/link which says that a medical exam taken before ITA is acceptable/allowed ?

It is allowed.. but better to do just few days before your document submission so that you will have enough time to plan landing.

I'm not sure if there is, but for sure you can do the medical upfront, before receiving your ITA.
I've done it and a lot of people from the forum has done it too.
