Can we get Student permit and Spouse Visa at a time

Hello Everyone,

We (Myself and my Wife) are planning to settle in Canada. For this my wife is going to apply for Study permit and can i apply for Dependent visa along with her Study permit. We are planning for this Jan 2015 intake. She is into Hospital management side and completed her MBA in 2011 and working since then and I am working as a Software Test Engineer.
Please guide us.

You can certainly try. However there is no guarantee the spousal visa or open work permit will be aprpoved. To be approved, you will need to demonstrate that you have strong ties to your home country and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.
