I have Completed my maters of commerce from DU (Correspondence). Can I get masters equivalency from any of the organisations?

Best way is to apply and see. For WES, try the equivalency tool to check. Also, WES will need both Bachelor and Master transcripts to evaluate from India.

But if I go for IQAS, should I upload only my Masters transcripts, since it is taking additional 4 weeks for Bachelors..

I am not really aware of IQAS requirements. There is a thread for IQAS, do post it there.
