Can we edit submitted EE profile?

I have my sibling living in Ontario as a PR since 2012 and I entered his details in my EE profile,my queries are.

1. Can I edit and omit his details in my submitted application,due to some difference in our birth cert and passport details it may become a issue for VO to issue visa.

2. My CRS is 400+,If I delete details about my sibling,other than my sibling in ontario ,i have no ties to ontario but i only ticked ontario when selecting province to live,will it affect my chances for OOPNP Nomination.

If you haven't got an ITA, you can make this change anytime till you get an ITA. If you've got an ITA, you can make this change in your post ITA profile provided you don't become ineligible by removing this detail (having a Canadian sibling gets you 5 points under FSWP).

OINP hasn't made this mandatory but it could be a silent criteria.
