Can we do landing in any province, other than the port of entry mentioned in CoPR?

Hi members,

I would really appreciate it if someone can confirm or share the relevant information confirming that the foreign national who received CoPR and PRV via Express Entry (FSW) and no PNP support can land in any province to activate his/her PR status and is not limited to the port of entry mentioned in the CoPR.
