You mean to check if you meet the residency obligation? You can not check that aside from counting your days yourself because immigration does not keep a running tab on each PR whereabouts and how many days already inside or outside.
When you apply to renew a PR card or apply for a PR travel document, you are supposed to provide detailed records of your travels. If immigration has reason to doubt that you stayed in Canada when you said you did, they can ask you for proof. If you fail to provide proof, you may lose your PR.
When you enter Canada, immigration may also ask you questions to determine if you meet the residency obligation. If they believe that you don't, they can report you which means you would have to appeal for your PR and either prove them wrong or provide acceptable H&C reasons why you could not meet the RO.
