can we change the job code after registring it for BC PNP online?

Hi friends, I m working for last 11 months as an administrative supervisor in a company. its an office administration. As you know the job code has to match the required code...with this designation I earned 20 points while there are 30 points for administrative services officer.. I asked my company and they agreed to give that designation next month after completion of one year of work...now I want to know if its ok if I resubmit my file after 1 month with new designation or not? I need professionals input here..from application of study permit till here I always get very valuable advices from this forum...please help me out in this decision..thanks
