can we apply work permit for both simultaneously

hi,

my wife is staying in US and planning to apply for work permit. i am staying in india and i want to apply dependant or open work permit simultaneously. can we both apply for work permit ? please reply

your wife will need to include you in her WP application as dependent and pay addition $150 for your open WP.

Alternatively, you can get a dependent Visitor visa on your wife's WP and pay $150 by credit at the port of entry and take an Open WP.

Option 3 is ugly... and takes 2-3 months, so I won't explain
