To get a Provincial nomination, the first step is to create a profile in Express Entry.
The PNP programs need your express entry number while logging an application. All the best.

I am MBA student from Ontario, already got my PNP and applied under the traditional PNP- PR option.

However, I am also eligible under CEC class for Express entry. Could I prepare a profile under EE and if I get an invite proceed with submitting an application? Wouldnt this create duplication?

If you meet multiple programs and you are issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA), CIC will advise you to which program you should apply."

Can i apply for NSNP via Paper based PR program and OINP via express entry simultaneously?

Also, once i get the UCI code ( i am first applying to NSNP paper based program), i will need to enter the details for my OINP. Will it cause an issue, since they will come to know that i have applied to two provinces simultaneously.
