Can we Apply SPP with only Graduation Marksheet and not 10th and 12th Marksheet.

Photocopy of the most recent diploma/leaving certificate, and most recent mark sheets (for entire program; consolidated mark sheets are NOT acceptable)

As Per - "APPLICATION FOR A STUDY PERMIT – SPP CHECKLIST" : it requires photocopy of
recent mark sheets (including transcripts for entire program).

In my case it will be Graduation Degree.

Is it possible to apply for spp-visa without 10th and 12th Marksheet ?

Does anyone has got visa applying with only Graduation Marksheet ?

As it says Photocopy of the most recent diploma/leaving certificate you can give the last one and 10 & 12 mark-sheet won't be needed.

Also , I have noticed visa in SPP is rejected with the reason "Insufficient Funds"

But, not financial documents are expected to provide while applying except GIC and one year tution frees.

How does visa application gets rejected with the reason of "Insufficient funds "

The reason behind this may be different as you can find exact reason by applying GCMS notes only. If someone gives their bank statement Visa officer might say on the basis of that too.
