Can we apply in July-end for September session?

I know the deadline is 31 July for the September session. But if we apply on around 25 July, will they refuse the application or return it? I'm applying online under SPP with GIC and year's fees and medical so I think it'd be fast. If they return the application, can we again apply under SPP?

They will not return ur apppication so apply on 25th n u will grt visa

Umm I think you meant 28th July? Or you think I should've applied before 28th June.
