Can we apply with old bank statement!

I want to re-apply for study permit. Visa officer stated that, you do not have adequate finance to pay your tuition fee and living expenses. I got the file on Friday 28-11-2014. Now I prepare documents of fathers monthly income and also property documents, previously I didn't attach the both documents with file.

Now I want to reapply for study permit on 01-12-2014, Can I use the previous bank statement copy which I get from bank on 17-11-2014 or provide them a new bank statement copy.

Please give me suggestion what I DO! Need experts suggestions

Yes you can submit the original one but make sure if you have more than 1 page in your bank statement, each page must be in your bank letter head.
