Can we apply for spousal work permit extension with my PGWP without NOC jobs as of Covid19

I HAVE APPLIED FOR PGWP AND LOOKING FOR NOC JOBS RELATED TO MY STUDY BUT BECAUSE OF COVID19 UNABLE TO FIND JOB SO CAN I APPLY FOR MY SPOUSAL WORK PERMIT EXTENSION WITHOUT NOC JOB

May be wrong and can be corrected but Do not think the rules have changed due to COVID. For a spouse of PGWP holder to get a work permit the PGWP holder still needs a NOC 0, A or B job

Turn off CAPS lock. There are no exceptions at this point. You require a skilled job and 3 payslips.
