Can we add these things in the question 11 of Relationship Evaluation form?

In the new package, for question PROVIDE INFO TO SUPPORT YOUR RELATIONSHIP in Relationship Evaluation form, can we attach these things:

1. Bus tickets to out stations
2. Hotel bookings
3. Restaurants bills
4. Related things

The bus tickets has, but hotel bookings are on my name with 2 adults as number of guests.

If the bus tickets have both names then sure. I would not include the hotel booking unless you are providing supporting documentation of a trip taken together. For example, you went on a bus trip to Niagara Falls and the hotel reservation is for a hotel during the stay in Niagara Falls.

Exactly, it is the same situation. The hotel bookings are for the place we took bus for.
