Can the courier mail successful delivered to the regular mail address?

Hi guys,
I've sent out my application through DHL days before, and recognized today that the destination address was the one mentioned "Regular Mail" (Centralized Intake Office PO BOX 7500), not the courier one (49 Dorchester Street).

Will that be possible processed? I'm contacting with DHL to change the address now...

The courier will deliver the envelope to the CIO reception counter and will get an acknowledgement from the person who receive it, which can be tracked by you. The regular mail will be dropped in the post box but a courier will need the street address. However, the DHL delivery office at the destination knows the CIO street address and it will be delivered to the office even though the box number is written on the envelope.

I negotiated with DHL last night and changed the destination address - It's still on the way.
Hope everybody take more attention on this issue and not to repeat my fault.
