Can Spouse of Primary Express Entry applicant help with PNP/Job Offer points

Hello-

I am the spouse of a primary Express Entry applicant and was wondering whether I could also apply for jobs in the JobBank using the primary applicant's Express Entry profile number and Job Seeker Validation Code, while we wait ?

Also, can I also send an Expression of Interest to the Prince Edward Island PNP using the primary applicant's Express Entry profile number ?

We have not yet expressed interest in the PEI PNP and are wondering whether we should individually or jointly send the EoI to the PEI PNP ?

Will points received, if one of the above is possible, get added to the primary Express Entry applicant's profile to enable both of us in the application to get an Invitation to apply for PR ?
