I am having some doubts about my current position as shift manager in a fast food restaurant. I am subject to training for two weeks prior to oficially be promoted to shift manager. I have fear that after I have completed 1950 hours of works in this position, the employment letter states few hours less due to period I did my training which may not be counted. But I assume that in the letter wont mention the period of training and just states the length of time from the beginning of my employment date to the date they issue me the letter. I want to know a honest comments of my concerns.
