2021 PGP, still under security screening(dependant). Mom(principal applicant) was recently diagnosed breast cancer. Desperately looking for applicants with cancer who can share their successful stories.

You must declare current diagnosis and assume medical may be expired by now. Will dependent on treatment plan.

Hi everyone. Seeking some guidance and hopefully success stories of approval with cancer.
Asking for a friend. She passed her medicals but unfortunately 2 months later was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma. She has now received her PPR and even COPR number is generated. She is of course going to inform IRCC via webform. Obviously she is very sad that she might have to deal with a possible setback to her dream of coming to Canada on top of dealing with Cancer. Her prognosis is good and her plan was to finish her ongoing treatment (which should be over soon) and then land. Would really appreciate if anyone can share any success stories of approval after having this type of cancer?
