Can someone help with Barcode page question please?

Hi
I have completed my IM0008 for me including my wife and 2 kids
It is a total of 9 pages
On page 8 there are 8 bar codes and on page 9 there are 2 bar codes and a place for a signature
Is this correct?
If so, what page do I use when they say pout the bar ode pages on top of all of your forms?
Do I put the 2 pages on, or just one?
Also, do I photocopy them so that I still have a page 8 and a page 9 in the IM0008 section

My sponsor put the page 8 on top then page 9 at the bottom together with IMM 0008 Generic Gorm.

Also, do I photocopy them so that I still have a page 8 and a page 9 in the IM0008 section
You can photocopy it but make sure to send the original and validated one.
