I came to Canada on 1 year study permit in 2011 dec, I did my studies and got one year postgraduate work permit. I start working as food counter attendant in Saskatchewan and the govt changed the ruses for sinp so I wasn't eligible to apply for pr, before my work permit expired in 2013 dec, I haired a immigration consultant and he helped me to get LMO job on a food services Supervisor level in 7-11 on nov 2013. They put my file in CIC without the confirmation of LMO and I got refusal. And when i asked them they said they sent my papers to service Canada but they messed them up. And again in march 2014 they put my file in for restoration of period and work permit extension and this time we got the confirmation, but today I got refusal saying that the officer wasn't satisfied coz I didn't met the requirements for the job. And now I have to leave Canada immediately. I spent almost three years in canada and I dont wanna go back home. Is there any way I can stay in canada. And also I got married in Saskatchewan with my parents wish in 2013 feb but things didn't go well and I got separated from my husband and filing divorce in dec this year, that is my main concern coz divorce is a big issue back home and I'll be in trouble if I have to go back home no ine is gonna support me there.. I'll be all alone there. Does anyone know what I can do to stay in canada in a legal way?? Pls help me
