Can someone else pay the RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE fee on behalf of me?

I have recently received the email requesting me to pay for the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). I want to pay it as soon as possible but I don't have a visa card. I have a friend who already has visa card & is able to pay for me. Is that ok?

Yes, you can use your friend's Credit Card. My friend used mine before
