Since I'm abroad it hasn't been easy contacting Canada as the internet line is slow and calling from a landline here is quite expensive and if I'm on hold it an add up quite quickly.

So I was wondering if I can have a friend or family member order for me?

yes if they know your SIN, address and tax info as i order imine friday and they ask my SIN, name, address last GST/HST credit things that only u would know so if u dont mind sharing that info with someone they can order it for u, they are going to have to pretend they are you
