A friend of mine applied for a pre-removal risk assessment application in Montreal can he move to Calgary his application is still in processing and no decision made yet what about his benefits he is waiting for work permit is in processing as well. Thank you.

He would need to advise Quebec that he is leaving and her will longer qualify for any benefits from the Quebec government. He would need to apply for welfare in Alberta when he moved to Alberta. Was he denied asylums and appeals? Is he only now applying for a WP. He will need to update his address with IRCC, CBSA, IRB, etc. as soon as he moves
