Recently I raised CSE for spouse addition and I got these forms to fill. Can anyone who has the simillar case help me out with this.

1. Updated Generic Application Form for Canada IMM 0008 for yourself and your spouse or common-law partner (CLP)-
   ->2 Separate(Both husband & wife) forms has to filed or just the Principle applicant.
2. Updated Additional Family Information Form IMM 5406 for yourself and your spouse orcommon-law partner (CLP);
   ->2 Separate(Both husband & wife) forms has to filed or just the Principle applicant.
